Malton stands out with an exceptional 68.3% success rate, benefiting from quiet market town roads and minimal traffic, while York's historic city centre with its medieval Shambles area and tourist traffic brought rates down to 51.3%. Knaresborough achieved a solid 58.5% despite its challenging steep hills and narrow streets leading down to the river. Automatic drivers performed particularly well, achieving 68% at Malton, 54% at Knaresborough, and 46% at York, with women and men showing remarkably similar performance across all three centres.
